DELIVERY INFORMATION
All of our items are shipped from our warehouse in Indonesia.
We ship worldwide.
Our shipping costs differ depending on where the order is shipping to and how fast it’s getting there. You can check out our delivery options in checkout menu after you drop a shipping address.
The taxes will depend on the country and we have no way to know what categories Kratom will fall under. Due to that uncertainty in each country and region, the tax fee will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.
We know how annoying customs can be sometimes, so we’re more than happy to help you out. Let us know what customs needs from you, your order number and any other related information. We’ll try our best to get everything taken care of as soon as possible.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept 2 types of payment methods: Bank Transfer and PayPal. Please note that PayPal payment method is only available for total order below or equal to $1,000.
All of our transactions are calculated in US Dollars. If your credit card (or other payment method) transactions are in a different currency, your order total will be based on the daily exchange rate of the transaction date.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment and may take additional processing time depending on your payment method and bank. If your original form of payment was via cryptocurrency, you will be refunded in the USD currency equivalent. Please note the USD currency to Cryptocurrency conversion rate will be based on the time of refund and not the time of purchase. Please see estimated process times for refunds below.
- Bank Transfer: 7 – 10 days
- Other Payments: 10 – 12 days
We’ll only charge the total amount shown in your bag (in USD). However, keep in mind that there may be foreign transaction fees depending on your bank’s policies. Make sure to check your bank’s transaction fee policies as you’ll be responsible for these fees.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
Yes, we have delivery warranty in the form of refunding money or resending the package to countries or states where Kratom is legal.
Also the warranty conditions is depending which shipment carrier do you use.
- DHL
Delivery using DHL will have guarantee and refund as long as Kratom is legal in your countries/states/cities. The only exception for this guarantee and refund are deliveries to these 4 places:
- New York
- California
- Oregon
- Canada
but these 4 places we mentioned can have the warranty by ordering minimum 300kg and paying additional charge of $1.6/kg.
Air and sea cargo offers delivery warranty for all countries and states where Kratom is legal. Cargo option is available for order above 300kg and the price has included the tax fee. Using other couriers outside of DHL and air or sea cargo wouldn’t receive delivery warranty in any forms.

ORDER INFORMATION
Yes at Indonesian Kratom Supply all of our products are tested for Mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine content level along with microbial safety: E. Coli, Salmonella, Yeast and Mold as well as heavy metals: lead, mercury, arsenic, and cadmium. These things are done to ensure that our customers will receive the best quality products and are safe from any preventable harms.
Yes, we will give you the tracking number after we send your package. It will take 1-3 days after you place your order as we need to pack it, especially for orders in large amounts. You can check your tracking number on your account page and an email will be sent to you for your order status update.
Yes, you will receive exactly the same product as the one in the picture. The only
difference is the package will be without our brand label. It’s done with the understanding that most of our customers are vendors who will resell our product.
We wouldn’t put any branding on the package other than the product identification on the right, bottom corner. This is done to make things easier for our customers as well as to make sure the delivery process is trouble-free.
Please note that the color of the powder might differ on each batch due to the weather, drying process, and the Kratom leaves
Each package will weigh exactly 1 kilogram or around 2.2 lbs.
Generally, you will receive your package within 10 days including our packing time or 7 days after you receive your tracking number. Here are the details:
USA: 5-8 days
UK: 5-8 days
Europe: 6-8 days
Eastern Europe: 6-7 days
Australia: 5-7 days

There’s a chance you might not have received your order confirmation if you entered your email address incorrectly. It also might be in your junk mail. If not, let us know and we’ll send you another order confirmation.
We provides Kratom in three different types: powder, crushed leaf, and extracts. The powder is simple to take as it will dissolve into water, tea, or other beverages quite easily. It can be mixed into food too. Crushed leaf is often used to brew Kratom tea, while Kratom extracts provide extra ‘gusto’ for expert Kratom users.
You need to be at least 21 years of age to purchase Kratom.
